No, not for now.
The home & business UI looks worryingly similar to For Rent as well, which means that this one could cause save corruption issues.
I make it a practice to back up my entire Sims 4 folder prior to the Patch ahead of the EP dropping. If all else fails, I may just upload my families into My Library, to be on the safe side, that way should I need to restart, I won't have to go all the way back to the beginning . . . (Which I have done in the past.)
