If you have get famous you can use the pond from there to drown him. I added fairies and they were cute and there was a jump in option and I got excited to swim with fairies, and they killed me. A Sim with high flower arraigning and death flower can make a bouquet that will kill any elder sim that sniffs it. Also sending them outside in the wrong clothes in summer/winter will get the job done pretty fast.
