This is so cool. I am currently on my 6th generation. I play a little differently, because I don't like to have any of my sims marry townies. So I have created several families and basically they have all ended up marrying into my main family. So basically, every sim that I play was created by me or is the child of someone created by me. It's very rewarding. I usually model my sims after celebrities or people that I know. So in my game Britney Spears ended up getting married to one of Robert F. Kennedy's sons and their daughter, Ethel Spears Kennedy, is the start of my 6th generation. I have a wall of photos of all of the Kennedies at the big Kennedy mansion that I placed in Newcrest. It's a lot of fun to see everything progress and to see the family tree.
