It's a nice idea, but Get Famous already gave us Del Sol Valley, which is based on LA - in particular Hollywood and the Hollywood Hills part.

I'd be up for another city-based expansion, but I don't know if it'd be the likely spot for bands (unless they go old-school and give us Liverpool)
