If you make the holiday and set decorations to none, I presume the neighbors won’t have decorations.

We've been told they will. But it wasn't clear to me if that's usable houses or background.

I didn’t hear all due to my excited kid ;). So the neighbors will always decorate and the ‘none’ only applies to the current household?
