90 X 90 would only work for me in setting up an 18th century style plantation, where the kitchen, washroom, springhouse, corn crib, loomhouse and privy, were all out-lying separate buildings from the main house. Plus room for planting. I fit a modified rendition, with only three out-lying buildings on a 64 X 64 lot. It's a bit problematic getting the camera in the way I like, as the rooms are too narrow, in order to fit.
