You know i was thinking about how they would do university in the sims 4. Like i really want to make a big university across a neighborhood without the loading screens.

Yeah the loading screens do suck but in same token it does look nice in the map view. I mainly got the idea because since the release of the game I have been attempting to build a skills center of sorts. A place where townies can learn some skills. I did discover though that you can pick and choose what books you want to have community lots. So I've been putting bookcases with skill books on the lots I've built since then. I only tested it with using retail lots, so I don't know if works with the other businesses a sim can own such as restaurants and vet clinics. It worked the first time I tried it so I just stuck with it. So far it has seem to be working just fine.
