To date, I've only used a 64X64 lot twice - one was an amusement park (Sims3) called Libertyland. The other one was an insane asylum (Sims3) called Happy Meadows. I'm currently working on another asylum (Sims4) to be called Hillview Manor (still designing on paper). I personally just don't use large lots often enough to go knock on EA's door and ask for bigger ones.
