I need more small lots. The big lots are already huge.
We also see people in Tech with lag issues that start on big, stuffed lots. More stuff = more lag. More room for stuff = even more stuff = even more lag. Not enough people would get to enjoy the big lots to make it worthwhile. I'd take 9 15x15 lots over 1 90x90 lot any day.
