I have an upload that has a wrench in it like it has custom content, but, I don’t use mods or custom content.

If you have mods and/or cc enabled, even if you don't use them, anything you save will be flagged as having cc. Photos/paintings of things with cc seem to have the same effect.
When I build, I make sure cc is turned off, I do my building, and I save it.
