I'm not sure if someone posted this already, but I just found out that the Grim Reaper can become a roommate. He showed up to reap one of my pets that had died, and I asked him to become a roommate. He was assigned a bed, and now he's just sitting around, watching TV. But not sure if he disappears or not.

Hopefully you didn't bug out your game by doing that. That doesn't seem like something they necessarily would want as a feature. :)

My SIM Lolita Goth is autonomously CYCLING around to go harvesting and digging up collectables so she is having fun and going faster to dig and harvest!

If your sim has a parent for a celebrity, or any celebrity living in their household, the celebrity can call the university and use their fame to convince them to accept the other person. Dirk Dreamer got his daughter accepted into every Distinguished Degree possible, even though her highest skill was a Level 3 in Logic!

Did you know you can't stop/pause term for other households that are also enrolled in university.

If you focus on one household/sim living in a diff uni housing for one semester the other household/sim in the diff uni housing will fail their class.

Learned this the hardway :D

Thought I was going crazy, but you roommates will occasionally place their own items and decor in the dorm.

One of the premade ones in foxbury the one on campus, but more of a home I had my sim take one of the digital cameras on a nightstand and later on noticed the second camera wasn't there it was replaced by that squirrel hot chocolate and mug. So, expect to see your dorm mate decorating the interior with a few items of their own. :D
