Either computer is a good computer, the zoostorm has a bit bigger SSD, still not big enough to game on, but bigger than the 120 (which will fill up so fast and I don't even know why they still put out PC's with such a small SSD).
Both are complete overkill for Sims 4, as I'm sure you said that's all you played, right? So, either chose you decide on will be an improvement over your pc now, and both will have to have games installed on the larger HDD's.
