Seance and tarot cards would be best, because I can go both ways with them: In occult saves I can say they really work and in semi-realistic saves I can say my sims believe in their power, but it's not real. Same with dragons, they can be cloned dinosaurs gone weird or real dragons. The skeletons walking around in Selvadorada are much harder to explain away in semi-realistic saves.
