Ok, but there are some things I'd want to say.
Unless you modded the game, China, Egypt, and France in The Sims 3 didn't have weather or seasons. Neighborhoods can be created with Create a World tool (which can be downloaded from The Sims 3 home site, but you must be logged in). I use it from time to time and I enjoy it until the game crashes. And it was so difficult to play rotationally. Every time you want to switch the household, all the wishes and opportunities will be lost. While story progression can be turned off, unemployed and retired sims will get a job.
The max lot size of 64x64 has become a tradition. Sometimes I want to build something big, but only fill a little part of it and leave most of the lot empty.
I'd like to bring some things from The Sims 2. A tool called Body Shop came with every The Sims 2 game. It allowed the player to make new clothing, hair, make-up, and so on. It gave a little more creative freedom (you can draw what you want on shirts and so on).
The Sims 4 gives more creative freedom in some gameplay aspects. For example, clubs (fully customizable), vampires, and fame. It has the best create a pet ever.
But there is another thing in The Sims 3 I love. You can create memories. Take memory pictures and write texts and set whether it's positive, neutral, or negative. While it is not good when the game makes a memory of every little thing (there's a 300 memory limit you know) (automatic memories can be turned off fortunately), I enjoy looking back from time to time.
The Sims 4 had a memory feature similar to that, but it was removed after Get Together patch. I hope it returns.
