It was a relief to know that it happens to others as well. I know I could probably fix it with mods but I don't want to use them. I'll just cheat the culled relationships back. Luckily I don't play rotationally on many saves, I usually play with just one family per save, so it's not such a big deal. I just have to go thorough all the relationships on all the rotational saves and fix them. I don't think there are many of them.
