About the flower hairstyle in IL...
So, I now have Island Living, and over all, I'm pretty pleased with it. Not that there's nothing I wish was different, but generally, nothing overly frustrating so far.

This hairstyle bugs me. Or, rather, that this is the only hairstyle that gets to have the headdress bothers me. That sim above is my Moana sim I made based on the disney movie, but she doesn't really look right, does she? Maybe it's cause--

HER HAIR ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE FREAKIN' STRAIGHT??? I mean, I know the game categorizes that headdress style as "wavy" or whatever, but come on. (the fact that all wavy to curly hair is lumped together as one texture bugs me anyway, but that's kind of a different topic all together)
I was thrilled, THRILLED I tell you, with the new curly hairstyles that came with IL, but the fact that in order to where that headdress (the ONLY headdress available, I might add) apparently all my sims have to straighten their hair bugs the crap out of me. Not to mention that there's literally only one across all genders, so if you want to have, say, a whole family decked out they all have literally the exact same hairstyle.
Would it have really have been so impossible to have that headdress as a hat, so we could pair it with whatever hairstyle we wanted? We're really in need of some more crown type hats anyway, this would be a nice start. It's not exactly like some of the other ornate hair decor from other packs, that are, like, woven into the hair. It's basically a hat, except it's arbitrarily paired with this one specific hairstyle--which, if forced to pick only one hairstyle, that's not exactly the one I would've chosen.
I know this might seem like such a little thing to get worked up over, but goddammit, properly curly haired people deserve to have flower headdresses too!
