How's it going with the plant-to-dirt-pile bug fix, everyone? Inquiring minds want to know :)

My primary game installation does NOT have Seasons installed, yet my plants revert to dirt piles on a regular basis. Usually after they have been watered/weeded/fertilized. This includes trees. Have learned the hard way to harvest first, tend plants second.
