Active Carrers, Rabbit Hole, Work from Home, Freelancer carrers. What do you want in the game?

I'm enjoying the freelancer option so much, I had a hard time choosing. It works quite well for my single mothers. However, if I play more than two Sims, I like to send one into the rabbit hole to get them out of my hair for a bit.

I really dislike the active careers. Since I want to have full control of all my Sims at all times (unless they're in a rabbit hole), I'd only play an active career if I only had one Sim in the house. And they're always buggy, because you can't control the NPCs. I think they'd work much better if, once you get to work, the NPCs become playable characters.
