Active Carrers, Rabbit Hole, Work from Home, Freelancer carrers. What do you want in the game?

I only give my Sim a job when it's related to an aspiration or story line I am playing. I mostly garden collect paint and write. If careers and school built skills I would do them more often. Careers are a waste of time imo.
