Once the babies are born you may have to age them up to toddler, but then you should be able to move them to another household. It's not exactly adoption, but you will accomplish the same thing.
But toddlers can't live in a house alone. And I don't think I can get a random npc sim to adopt them from the family :/ Ugh. I think I get what you're saying to use the "split from household" on the unborn(s) when they are toddlers. But I think lol there needs to be an adult or older sim to take them xD
OHH! What about the "take away" option? I saw that when I was failing to care for some of my younger sims when they were very yet. Is that removing the kid that isn't being cared for to a better family? (I don't know for sure cause I never let my kids get taken away in Sims 4 so far. Maybe I should try that XD If it'll let the unborn find new families XD
Game just deletes them for ever.
But if you're using MCCC mod, there is an option to adopt neglected children.
If not, yeah, moving kids to another family do exactly the same (except for a sad moodlet that appears when a child is taken away).
Alright. I don't know what MCCC mod is. I don't think I have any mods. Just the base Sims 4. But idk, I'm not sure now, I'm conflicted whether to keep it, make a random family for it, and just have that family "adopt" it or to delete it once it's been born. Lol, so maybe options now and I'm starting to feel bad for wanting to get rid of it after it gets born xD Lol, I'm so weird. Sims are so odd, I guess I love them xD
Thanks for your input
