Aging for "Active Household only" works not as expected -- an experiment in rotational gameplay

I'm playing Pinstar's Legacy Challenge, so I have to play on Normal, with aging on. I was worried because my Gen. 6 Heir-Apparent already aged to teen. His little 'girl friend' was still a child while at his party. But, then I discovered she'd aged up, too.

With the Aging On for active household only, that would require you play her household.
