Ahhhh Really can't give toddlers a bottle and food without high chair

I'm having a bug where every single time my toddler asks an adult something, that being go potty, or bath, or whatever, instead of the adult taking that action, he gets an action to place the toddler in a high chair. Is anyone else having this bug or has it been reported? @rosemow

If the adult is the active sim, and I select what I want him to do to the toddler, he does it, but not when the toddler is asking.
