That's Azure dolphin. Albino dolphins can be called once Mua Pel'Am is cleaned up enough.

I have come across these dolphins. Usually when there are dolphins near buoys in Mua Pel'Am, I send my sim there and have them call an albino dolphin (calling over a dolphin becomes a sub-choice menu in cleaned up Mua Pel'Am where sims can call over a regular dolphin or an albino dolphin).
Though I rarely send my sims to Mua Pel'Am due to the fact that it is the most dangerous place to swim in (if your sim encounters a shark, get them out of the water! Otherwise they can get pulled underwater by the ocean threat, which can lead to death).

It would of been nice if mermaids had a special interaction where they can swim around with the dolphin rather then the dolphin just being stationed

I wish my mermaids could have the dolphin as a pet.
