The bad news is, the mod that makes the abductor male is MCCC. In theory you need only the base mod and the MCOccult module for that, none of the more intrusive story progression modules.
For deleting hidden households the teleporter statur is a lightweight alternative to MCCC. Just put it on your lot, summon whichever sim you want (including the hidden ones like Senior Pollinater) and then the statue will delete itself from the lot. You can then use all the normal cheats on the summoned sim, including killing.
