I actually use MC command center to up the chance of being pregnant by alien invasion to 50%. Invasions are already rare as it is unless you go out of your way to make them happen.
I think the base chance is less than 25 or 15%.
I like weird unplanned things happening.
My two human sims somehow had a baby of every occult by chance lol. They wished for a child and a ghost child came out of the well, the dad was abducted by an alien and had any alien baby, and they wohoo'd on a lot with the dark ley line trait which made their baby come out at as a vampire.
