I tested this out.
I had an undisguised alien introduce himself to a new sim then talk to the sim he knows.
I got the same notification both of the times, but when alien introduced himself to a new sim, he didn't feel embarrassed. He did when he spoke to a sim he knew (Nice detail). Both of the sims recieved either angry or confident moodlet (Needs a little improvement).
So it seems like that has changed, but went unmentioned in the patch notes. Interesting why they didn't mention that...
