Alien Disguises

Sadly, there is not. I really wish there was. It's hard to get their alien and disguise face structure to match (which I usually want to do).

One thing I find helps, though, is to take a screen shot of the alien-form face and then use that as a guide so I don't have to keep flipping back and forth between the two forms. To be able to see the picture while working, though, you either need to have the game in windowed mode, or have a second computer screen (and I know not everyone plays on PC too) so this may not be a good solution for you. Best suggestion I can offer though. Sorry.

Ah, that's okay, thanks for helping though I guess I'll just have to go the opposite end of the spectrum, making them look as unalike as possible.

I managed it with my Megamind sim, his facial structure is only slightly off and I still use his custom eyes - it took a while and a storm of curses ngl, but it is doable!

Then again, he's not exactly human looking so that... might make a difference ? (I forgot ?)

If you have MCCC you can copy a Sim's face and body exactly and apply it to an alien's disguise. You can try to copy their alien appearance and it might work, but you might get better results with least one other Sim.

Click on your Sim -> MCCC -> MC CAS -> Copy/Paste -> Copy Body Appearance/Sim Face, paste those on your second Sim and then repeat the steps to copy the copied Sim's appearance. Then paste the copied Sim on the Alien's disguise and I would recommend choosing the Alter Disguise action to lock it in as I found the disguise would randomize afterwards if I didn't, have the Alien remove the disguise and, once again, paste. They should be identical-ish though it might take a few tries and some CAS fiddling to make sure everything's perfect.
