That doesn't make much sense though for aliens. An alien sim is possible if a male sim is abducted ... but not female. It would make more sense if it was a male dog which was abducted, instead of a female dog ...
You can choose to have female alien pregnancy with MCCC and other mods.- Here's the picture:
The dog definitely has an alien plumbob.
I'd also like to see if it's classed as an alien in CAP.
