EA makes 5.4 Billion dollars a year - they definitely aren't going bankrupt. They are one of the stocks in our stock portfolio for our 401k and our stock broker only keeps the top money making companies in our portfolio. No chance of them going bankrupt. LOL. But the prices they charge are related to the World trade laws - so when the laws change in different countries EA's prices has to change - they don't really have control over that as they are a public company being part of the stock market and World economy Trade rules and regulations.
EA should quit bragging and start doing something useful for this community. if they have that much money then they could easily step up their games?? get it? :D
and why the prices have gone wild only with sims 4?? im quite sure they have total control over that.
maybe sims games are their only source of profit? because their other games are a total flop. :D
That is not how companies have to do business. Fair Trade laws prevent public companies from under cutting or over cutting their competitors. They have go by set price ranges. Private and small companies can get away with those kind of things, but not companies like EA. Big Business laws prevent what you want, and the governments of the world prevent them from giving away the revenue. Don't know how it is in your country but you break tax laws you are in major trouble. They have to collect taxes and fee exchanges set for international trade, and prices have to also be set so they are fair for the other companies they compete against. To help people EA is big on donating to many causes and charities. They are known for it.
