All vendor are selling fruit and veg

I noticed this first in HS when kids could only get fruit for lunch and I thought it was an object I had missed. I see now it's every vendor.

I found a solve somewhere that suggested removing all CC vendors stands as it will break the game but I don't have any CC vendor stands so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Is anyone else experiencing this and found a solution?
