I have never paid to watch a Let's Play on YouTube or Twitch. The ads pay the creators! YouTube can be ad free if you pay a premium. I thought Twitch was free and subs were optional!
TOS means Terms of Service (TOSLink is something else). And I should have been clearer. You can make money from let's plays, whether its streaming on Twitch, ad revenue on Youtube or a Patreon.
