Alright, why are most pants options so terrible?

The GF ones w/o the leg bag would be good. I always go to them when making male sims until I remember the stupid bag on them. One of the few I use are your basic base game ones in the same dark blue. I'm not asking for much (I think), just pants/jeans that go past the ankle in various shades of blue with different lengths. Throw in a pink or green if you want just don't go overboard.
Slightly off topic, imo low low rise jeans went out around late 2000s.
