Am I missing something that is going on in the gallery?

While in my game I decided to see what others that I have been following has added to the gallery when I came across this note put up by someone. Gallery has been taken over by cheaters and fakers, ...

I belive their working on a Gallery Update and testing features. They did say they were going to try to stop people from uploading other peoples stuff and claiming it as their own. We have another gallery update coming before the end of the year.
