As a Gallery browser myself, there's been some talk about some petty people playing a kind of flagging game where they flag all the popular creations leading to the creations not being able to be seen if users have reported content hidden. That started earlier this month.
As I'm starting to use custom poses myself, I disagree with them being marked as custom content. The only reason I use them is because the basic poses we're given are boring and don't provide better closeups of the Sims with them. The same can be said about the ways lots are viewed on the Gallery. Those camera angles rarely do some of the lots real justice.
If we had better poses and camera angles to play with, I probably wouldn't have to use custom ones.
Okay I see what your saying, I too hate the poses in the gallery and especially hate the camera angles for lots, sometimes lots across the street from my lots will get in the way or trees, even lots that are not REAL lots, and you won't be able to see my lots are all!
