Am I missing something that is going on in the gallery?

While in my game I decided to see what others that I have been following has added to the gallery when I came across this note put up by someone. Gallery has been taken over by cheaters and fakers, ...

Hmmm.... So is Fedora Dan currently visible with the in-game gallery to anyone? Does the in-game gallery look different according to my feed/history? Or was he once visible in-game but now is only available through the website gallery?

We have a mystery.
