An Option to Turn off Aliens

I so agree. I like playing in a realistic way and it annoys me when I can't go to a public venue without seeing aliens walking around. Kinda spoils the magic.

It's not just about the abduction though, they can still walk around town and if you have ever been to the alien world, the ones you saw as aliens will stop disguising themselves. It's quite off-putting. I, too, would like the option to turn of aliens and any other supernaturals in future DLCs.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Fortunately for me, the closest thing to an alien I have encountered so far is knowing that the sim is an alien. I haven't seen any appearances, abductions, etc yet. However, I don't want any of the mentioned, I rather keep it real myself, so the option would indeed be great.

I have had it happen several times in the last year. Most recently maybe a month ago. My male Sims come back pregnant and it really ticks me off. Kidnapping and rape aren't my idea of a good time.

I had 5 abduction in my gameplay in the last week for what matter, the key is to interact with alien, i made the error to befriend one of them and when I discovered she was an alien it was already too late. I hate having aliens in my game and really wish there was an option to remove them for good, meantime I just remove the doors when I see my sims waking up in the middle of the night to investigate that plum light.

I don't want my sims interacting with aliens. I haven't had any abductions. I'm afraid I will, by other people's experiences. I really don't want to see them, but I could live with that if my sims didn't interact with them. I don't like my sims having them as friends or aquaintences in their relationship panel. I really hope they allow us the option to turn them off.

If you're willing to use mods, I think MCCC allows you some control over alien & vampire appearances--you can at least turn off the alien bar-nights, & that can help. I don't use MCCC for that purpose, & my memory's accuracy is variable, so I'm not sure how much control you'll get w/MCCC beyond turning off bar-nights for aliens. Might be worth looking into, as EA doesn't seem likely to add the desired function any time soon, unfortunately.

i was playing my game yesterday my sim was at home and was abducted i clearly do not mind and feel its part of the game and answer this question why did you buy the pack with aliens then if you did not went them from the start?
