There are limits to the damage he can do. I will say that. The family living there are vampires and are immune to quite a bit. The parents aren't even fazed by the noise HE makes because they have Level 3 Emotional Dampening, which gives them a permanent Fine +10 Moodlet. (Which is also useful for easily earning the "What Makes a Sim Turn Neutral?" Achievement.) Still, if he get's on my nerves too much, he might find himself following Lily (his wife) to the afterlife. She started with the banging first. I tried to be nice to her, until I found out she hated kids. After that, I used the Book of Chaos to electrocute her to death where she stood in the hallway.
