I had the same problem with my neighbor. Usually I was the one pounding at his door because every evening they were arguing. Then one day, he came pounding to my door complaining about the radio playing too loud then he left threatening me I would regret it. It was the first time I received a complaint. I guess he wanted to make it even I don't know lol.
Anyway I now moved into a beautiful house in Brindleton Bay far away from this guy. My relationship with him never improved but I don't care! At least there's no more arguing in the middle of the night.
