I had the same thing happen, too. In my current save I have a small family including two vampires living in an apartment. Their only neighbor was this old woman across the way and she would make noise almost every night. I had just put the toddlers to bed, when of course the loud woohooing started and woke them up.
Since she did come to my apartment complaining about noise (only once) to which I ignored, she’s disliked by the family. So when I went pounding on her door (and this was the billionth time), she came out, my vampire sim starting yelling at her and she brushed him off. Then I got the notification: “I’m sick of your complaining!” You best bet that I was done with this lady. I had both my vampire sims travel to her apartment and y’know, try to get rid of her.
She was indestructible. I made her enraged. Nothing. I set her on fire. Nothing. I couldn’t even use MCCC! She wasn’t a vampire either. So, in the end, I added her to the household and then I was able to use MCCC. After a few minutes of looking over the many options, I decided to go with lightning. Let’s just say that now, my toddlers were finally able to sleep peacefully. :D
