Any Ideas on Decorating the World?

I will admit that I am not a creative person. That is why I am asking for help hehe and perhaps this might be a helpful tread in the future.

To start, I use twistedmexi TOOL mod that allows for the possibility of putting objects outside of the lot which gives the ability to put gameplay objcets, decorations and much more outside of the lot. I did add swings and the new garbage dumpster in Eco Lifestyle and Seasons outside of the world, also the Slide in the Toddler Stuff, but I find it very hard to come up with ideas that will give a neighborhood more personality. I eel like I want to add more objects but I do not now what objects I would like to use. Anyone have nice ideas?

I saw his tutorial on youtube and if you group several objects together you could move them all off the lot. So I'm thinking you could probably move an entire lot to the neighbourhood, like a whole park area. Depending on the neighbourhood, you could add more food stands, a community garden, the dog training course, the observatory, rockets, anything really. You could add beach items to beaches in other neighbourhoods than Sulani, build a cemetary, add boats to rivers, wildlife effects, sales tables, basketball court, a car park, or a derelict area, build a train track with trains, a port with ships or a marina, etc.

If you wanted more of a post-apocalyptic feel, you could add trash and similar items.

I haven't tried Tool yet but Im really tempted too. I usually add lots to my worlds as the save goes by, depending on what is usefull for the sims i am playing in that world/neighbourhood. So i guess im gonna use tool in that way.

The only limit there is are the ideas you can come up with. I still cannot find a good place that will fit to put an public wedding arch haha. Where are those in buildmode? I would love to add even for vfx effects. I never thought of cementery. Definetly going to put one!
