Any Newcrest ideas?
I'm currently doing a challenge where I build Newcrest, but I need ideas on how I'm going to build it. Any suggestions?

I haven't really managed to make anything of my Newcrest yet 😅
I just always struggle with those huge lots in Llama Lagoon cause I want them to be something cool but the fact is I just don't like building/playing on such huge lots so I just can't really pick anything before I figure out way to make those functional for me 😅
as for ideas I've mostly been thinking of maybe like Chinatown, futuristic city or just using it to house my The Sims 1 / 2 / Urbz recreations but I just can't really seem to make decisions there 😅
SimmingalI didn't think I liked large lots either, but one thing I learned renovating the My Duplantier Dwelling (you're prompted to dowload it from the Gallery with Paranormal Stuff) is you can build small on large lots. I'm not as comfortable with landscaping, but if you want to practice I'd recommend downloading large lots from the Gallery and renovating or deleting the house - keeping the landscaping to give yourself some parameters. And play with it.
That is an excellent idea. Landscaping isn't exactly my strong point. But, what I've learned from becoming a cake decorator is I used the magazines from Wilton, to help me learn how to design a cake. So, I'm using pictures of houses from magazines, primarily, to learn how to create a great yard, too. Curb-appeal is so important. And one day, I'll take off the training wheels and just let myself go. LOL
