Anybody Else Have White Babies With a Black Baby Avatar?

It’s a bug, it’s on the bug fix team’s to do list. I don’t know of any mods. But, it’s only on the map screen once you load your household it’s a non-issue and since I don’t spend a lot of time on the map screen I’m not bothered by it.
