anyone else concerned about up coming skin tone update and game performance?

The skin tone update which will come soon sounds really exciting but I noticed I am dreading this update. My computer is not the best but it runs the game ok at this point. I turn most graphics option...

I'l risk it. My game experiences very little bugs. I also delete all my cache files before an update and run a repair for every major update to ensure my game is safe.
