Anyone Else Feel Guilty About Changing a Sim's Genetics?

When I'm involved with a legacy, I usually make an heir and a spare, so if the first one turns out less than acceptable, I know I will have a second choice. However, should the second choice be a dud as well, than I will tweak their features as I'm not big into raising a lot of kids.
