Anyone else getting these issues?
Hey again everyone!
So I've created a Sim who is a Doctor. I've installed The Sims 4 Get Famous Expansion Pack and everything seems fine until I've noticed that the Expansion Pack doesn't collaborate well with Get to Work.
Here is what I mean.
My Surgeon Sim received the opportunity to handle an Outbreak over at one of the bouncer guarded celebrity lots in Del Sol Valley.
Unfortunately, my doctor couldn't treat any of the fainted Sims. Couldn't go past the bouncer nor just make my way to the patient and treat them.
The option is available, but it leads to no results.
I was sitting there like come on! I'm a doctor! There are unconscious Sims in there! Let me through! This is an emergency!
Nope. Don't got the money nor the fame. Can't let you in.
Well fine then! Guess I'm not rich and famous enough to treat my possibly dying patients. Guess I'll just head back to the hospital.
It was that day when my Sim knew... he won't get a promotion any time soon.
So yeah. There are certain areas and conditions in Get Famous that conflict with the careers from Get to Work.
Plus, I've noticed that Vampires are suffering from a few bugs.
Like when I try to get my Vampire Sim to earn extra points, the bar just freezes once it reaches to the max. So my vampire can't earn anymore points.
Plus, once I select a perk that has two or more tiers, I can't select the extra tier to that perk! Guess my vampire won't be fully resistant to the sun anymore or any time soon.
I read somewhere that there is a mod that patches that, but I don't know where. So maybe one of you know where I can find this mod.
Hopefully the team can patch these issues soon.
