Anyone else having problems buying plasma packs for their vampires?

First I want to apologize if I am posting in the wrong area. I recently got University and have had troubles getting my vampire's plasma packs via the computer. The computer no longer has Vampire Secrets as an option. I tried clicking on my sim and choosing vampire option but that didn't work. It's not a phone option and I've had to go through build mode to buy my vampires' plasma packs. I tried playing vanilla and that didn't help. I love playing vampires and recently spellcasters. This is not an acceptable bug/glitch/problem and really needs to be fixed. Also can't choose to show their dark form option even when I tried playing vanilla. I understand new packs with new occults but it doesn't mean messing up the other occults in the process.
