I find the main issue with Witch spells is how going out to use Infernate on some poor soul doesn't work as efficently, back on the Sims 3 if you lit a fire under someones foot with a witch, your Witch wouldn't react to the fire. Here on the TS4 I have to fight the game to stop the fear reactions. How can my should be Brave wicked witches burn someone efficently if it then forces a fire panic dance?
I do miss some of the more zany Makin Magic and TS2AL witch spells though, casting a spell to instantly marry someone on the spot, children getting turned into babies for failing in school when wanting to age up, spawning a clone to go to work/school/clean up for you, then watching them burn up when they're done, or casting enough spells to grow a giant beanstalk was fun! ...Or just resurrecting your own zombie...
I feel like witches lack in destruction potential beyond enemies, or even just more pranky use to show off to Sims with compared to the earlier expansions.
