You can use cas.fulleditmode, but like other have said, it doesn't remove the traits fully. Better to use the retraining potion from aspiration rewards. The cheat to get more aspiration points is
Shift+Ctrl+C then type:
Sims.Give_Satisfaction_Points 5000
You can change the 5000 to any number you want
