I want a Vacation Beach world I can take my sims to. We can still have a beach home world but I want a beach vacation destination.

We may get a beach themed home world but the oceans won't be swimable only in vacation world
EA could make both swimmable. All they have to do is add the coding for both in both new worlds to make them swimmable.
You are smart enough to know that that is not going to happen.
Let's say they release a beach vacation pack with oceans in which your sims can swim. The next EP world will not have oceans for swimming because they already gave us a beach vacation world just for that. If they give us an EP world with ocean swimming, some might not by it in favor of buying the EP world with the same option.
If, however, they give us an EP world with ocean swimming first, then they will say we don't need a beach vacation world with ocean swimming because your sims can swim in the EP world ocean.
It clearly, logically will be one or the other but not both.
No not really if the feature is complete say ocean swimming for a vacation world I can easily see them adding it to other worlds half of the content we see now is old content made "new"... I bet they will even add the apartment feature again at some later point for University and tell us its a all new dorm room.
