Anyone not excited for Eco lifestyle

In real life, I love eco-living, and did some eco-friendly design things at uni. I also love eco-friendly games such as stardew valley, and the green cities skyline expansion, so it's a pack I should be excited for, but...
I'm really wary of how the sims 4 will handle the theme, based off Island Living (haven't bought another pack since). So far, the description we have doesn't look promising, especially as sims currently lack discernible personalities, and a community area like this is all about different people coming together to create something unique. Like IL, it reads more like a GP than an EP in terms of content, so I'm hoping there is more to come tomorrow.
I'm reserving judgement for now, but I want to see some real 'wow' gameplay aspects in the trailer, not just temporary buffs, emotional items, and re-used animations/systems. There'd better be some negatives as well - eg. irl, green living is expensive, and not everyone wants to make the effort (so I'd like to see some autonomous littering, neighbors wasting resources etc.).
